Musical background:
I have been playing drums for quite some years now but I don't have any band experience that is worth mentioning. There have been attempted ska and metal bands, but none lasted longer than a few weeks. Music is very important to me though, even if I am not an active musician these days.

Your job in Nightwish:
I am Nightwish's Webgünther. I designed this site and programmed the basics. I take care of all the daily website-related things together with Jarmo. I do not have a specific job on tour as I am just a random visitor.

Idols in life:
I am not a fan of idolizing people. But one person who always impresses me when we meet is Ewo. No matter how hectic things are, he is always relaxed and smiling.

I am not sure, either "Should I Stay Or Should I Go" by The Clash or "Alf's Superhits" -compilation. For the sakes of being a cool rock'n'roll person I will say it was the first one.

Killing time on tour:
Since I am not a part of the road crew, I don't have too much boring time to kill. Nightwish concerts are like a family meeting, there is always somebody to talk to.

Strangest experience on tour:
That was in a hotel in Turku in 2001. We were having breakfast when suddenly a woman approached me and said "and you must be Christian". I was in Turku for the first time of my life, how did people know me there? I guess one of the guys told her. Maybe to freak me out. I never asked them.

Worst nightmare on stage:
I don't have anything to do with the on-stage business, but I guess causing any problems on stage would be my nightmare. Or standing too close to the pyros. ;)

Worst nightmare in general:
Bad things happening to a loved one and being unable to help or protect them.

Favorite Nightwish song:
I can't possibly pick just one. There are very few Nightwish songs that I think are not really awesome.

Favorite band/musician:
I like a variety of music.. Nightwish, Therion, After Forever, Finntroll, Sonata Arctica, Norther... but also Blue Man Group, Rasputina, Kari Rueslåtten, Eläkeläiset.. various classical music and operas, soundtracks..

Lord of the Rings

Juices, Coke, Tea.. As for alcoholic, Vodka-based stuff and Pernod-Coke.
